Return & Exchange Policy
At Noir Co., we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, lengths, textures, colors, and quantities.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered only if:
- You received the wrong item; or
- Your item arrived damaged.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling (213) 331-2641 or emailing support@shopnoirco.com. Photos of the item and original packaging may be required for verification.
Items eligible for exchange must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- Remain in their original packaging.
- Show no signs of installation, washing, coloring, cutting, or manipulation.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For sanitary and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept exchanges on items that have been:
- Opened and used.
- Installed or worn.
- Colored, cut, chemically processed, or altered in any way.
