4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday–Saturday are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

NOIR COLLECTION is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Local Pickup

All in-stock items are available for local pickup within 0–45 minutes during business hours.

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Customers must present a valid ID and order confirmation at pickup.

6. Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NOIR COLLECTION does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through our website or in store.

Please review all product details, sizing, quantities, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

7. Shipping Information

Once an order has shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the package.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
